Job Description
- End-to-End Payroll Processing: Manage the complete payroll process for Japan, including monthly and yearly cycles, and ideally support additional APAC countrie

- n.Reporting: Ensure accurate monthly and yearly payroll reporting, including state authorities, tax offices, statutory pensions, and GL accounting data for Finance team
- s.Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely statutory payments and filings, adhering to legal deadline
- s.Internal Deliverables: Provide internal reporting, reconcile GL files, and ensure accuracy in all payroll-related documentatio
- n.Allowances and Deductions: Process payroll-related allowances, deductions, bonuses, and merit cycle
- s.Payroll Interface Management: Handle importing/exporting of payroll interface files and resolve any issue
- s.Variable Wage Components: Manage variable wage components, including hours, bonuses, provisions, leaves, employee stock options, and expatriates' shadow payrol
