About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, people-first business partner to align People & Culture strategies with organizational goals and operational needs. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing People & Culture expertise to influence decision-making and drive business success.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the year-end performance review process, talent review, calibration, and succession planning for respective business groups. You will oversee change management initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation of organizational transitions, and manage performance improvement initiatives and employee relations issues, ensuring fairness and consistency.

Your leadership will shape a culture grounded in our values, elevate the employee experience, and ensure our People & Culture strategy aligns with long-term business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to align People & Culture strategies with organizational goals and operational needs. Maintain a deep understanding of business strategy, goals and challenges
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing People & Culture expertise to influence decision-making and drive business success
Partner with leadership to design and execute strategies that enhance team and organizational performance
Be a role model leader and a champion of change, building organizational trust and promoting a positive workplace culture, identifying and communicating trends
Support the People & Culture Director with initiatives for client groups such as developing programs and services to increase employee engagement, retention and job satisfaction
Support and coach leaders and managers in developing their teams and in career pathing
Support the year-end performance review process for client groups and work in partnership with People & Culture Director on talent review, calibration, and succession planning for respective business groups
Support and at times lead Learning & Development initiatives and programs
Oversee change management initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation of organizational transitions
Manage performance improvement initiatives and employee relations issues, ensuring fairness and consistency, and escalating when needed
Qualifications

3-5 years of progressive experience in People & Culture and/or Talent Management
Strong business acumen and ability to partner with executive leadership
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Must be a team-player, collaborative approach, with a focus on winning as a team

Pay Transparency- One of our values is Stark Honesty and the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.

At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.

The pay range for this position is $98,000 $130,500. Supplemented with all the amazing benefits above for full-time employees!
