Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive colleague engagement strategy annually Plan and execute internal
communication
initiatives to ensure clear and consistent messaging across the hotel Collaborate with various departments to create engaging content for internal
communication
, announcements, and updates. Organize and coordinate colleague events, team building activities and
recognition programs
to promote a positive and
collaborative work
environment Monitor and analyze colleagues’ feedback and engagement metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions accordingly To collate various colleagues’ communications e.g. Town Hall Meetings, Fan of the Month, birthday celebrations, meetings and committees e.g. sports, social, focus groups.
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to continuously enhance the initiatives. Colleagues’ noticeboards are up to date with all Hotel and Local Activities, Guest Comments, Emirates Palace Sports Teams and all other relevant information for colleagues. Assist in requisitions of colleagues’ outlet items from the General Store. To produce a Monthly Colleagues Activity Schedule to include sporting events, representative teams, outings such as shopping and tourism visits, gatherings, celebrations, and annual party.
To facilitate and organize the Get-Togethers such as Majlis, Fan of the Month celebrations etc. and ensure the agenda, certificates and photographs are prepared in advance. To ensure all colleagues’ activities are posted in MyMO/Beekeper. Enroll new colleagues in Beekeper and deactivate the leavers. Conduct a presentation on Beekeper in MOve In Orientation. To ensure sports are represented evenly in MOAUH for colleagues.
Assist in the co-ordination of the Ramadan Activities. Ensure the National Days are celebrated. Assist in daily update of colleagues’ birthdays in ‘Day of Delight/DOD’ Prepare the morning briefing sheet for DOP&C /ADOP&C with P&C operational updates. To ensure proper par-stock, control, monitoring and requisition of all P&C office supplies. Co-ordinate and arrange baby basket for newborn babies of colleagues.
