Excelsior Healthcare is seeking a People Operations Specialist to join our dynamic and growing organization. In this role, you’ll serve as a vital connector between clinic staff, leadership, and HR operations across multiple locations. We’re looking for a bilingual professional (Korean & English) with strong experience in HR and healthcare administration who thrives in fast-paced, multi-site environments.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the central point of contact for HR-related matters across all clinic locations, ensuring smooth coordination despite varying practice policies and cultures.
Maintain up-to-date employee records, handle onboarding and offboarding, and oversee HR compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
Manage employee relations, mediate interpersonal conflicts, and implement processes that support staff engagement and retention.
Recruit for both clinical and administrative roles, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and onboarding new hires.
Collaborate with practice managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, coordinate shift coverage, and support workforce planning.
Design and implement training programs for front office staff, medical assistants, and new employees, with a focus on consistency, compliance, and quality care delivery.
Track training progress, follow up on knowledge gaps, and reinforce process adherence through site visits and ongoing education.
Support day-to-day operational needs across clinics, including scheduling oversight, timekeeping audits, and workflow optimization.
Help roll out and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) across different sites, adapting to each location’s nuances while upholding quality and efficiency.
Facilitate communication between corporate leadership and clinical staff, helping to ensure transparency, alignment, and a responsive management approach.
Prepare reports and summaries for leadership on HR metrics, staffing needs, training outcomes, and operational challenges.
Qualifications
Fluent in Korean and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and leadership in both languages.
7+ years of experience in HR, healthcare administration, or clinic operations, preferably in a multi-site or fast-growing medical setting.
Strong working knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and healthcare compliance.
Proven ability to manage and resolve complex personnel issues while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and developing training materials in a healthcare environment.
Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Comfortable traveling between multiple clinic locations across Duluth, Johns Creek, and Suwanee daily.
