Job Description:
P&C Information System (WeCam)
- Administer and maintain HRIS (WeCam), ensuring accurate data management for onboarding, employee movements, and separations
- Safeguard data integrity, accuracy, and security through continuous monitoring and updates
- Manage system upgrades, testing, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance
- Serve as the main point of contact for WeCam support, including user training, troubleshooting, and access management
- Partner with IT and vendors to drive system integrations, improvements, and issue resolution
P&C Insights & Analytics
- Monitor and validate P&C data to ensure high-quality and reliable reporting
- Analyze workforce trends including headcount, attrition, retention, hiring, internal mobility, and succession planning
- Support leadership reporting by delivering data-driven insights for decision-making (Leadership Team, Regional, Group)
- Prepare, consolidate, and submit monthly reports for regional and group dashboards with accuracy and timeliness
P&C Digital Transformation
- Drive automation by migrating manual processes into digital solutions, improving efficiency and turnaround time
- Enhance and develop user-friendly reports within WeCam aligned with business needs
- Support employee data migration to People @ Carlsberg (Employee Central)
- Design, build, and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards for executives, management, and P&C teams
