Role Description The Person in Charge for Unik Polyclinic Kulim is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, and maintaining high standards of care and service. This full-time, on-site role in Kulim includes supervising clinic staff, managing schedules, coordinating registration, consultation, and follow-up processes, and resolving operational issues promptly. The role involves monitoring compliance with clinical and administrative policies, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting adherence to regulatory and safety requirements. The person in charge will also handle basic reporting on clinic performance, assist with inventory and facilities management, and collaborate with management to implement improvements and support initiatives. - Proficiency with common office software and clinic management systems or willingness to learn such systems quickly.
- Relevant experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility operations; supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in healthcare, administration, management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
