Our client is looking to hire a Personal Assistant to be based in Dubai, UAE.

Overview of the role:

The purpose of the role is to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner to the Company’s CEO and direct family in Dubai. The role is front facing, requiring direct collaboration with high net worth individuals.

Main responsibilities:

Act as the point of contact between the Company CEO and direct family members and internal/external stakeholders.

Handle requests and queries appropriately.

Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments in cooperation with CEO’s assistants abroad with a different time zone.

Make travel arrangements.

Take dictation and minutes.

Produce presentations and briefs as needed.

Emphasis and focus on driving the CEO and family to meetings, hotels, restaurants, etc.

Help them in carrying laptops, documents, luggage, etc.

Profile / Key Skills:

Higher education required

Proven work experience as a personal assistant or in similar positions.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Outstanding organisational and time management skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Discretion and confidentiality.

Fluency in English is required, Russian and any other language a plus

UAE Driving license is mandatory.
