We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the General Manager (GM) in daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the GM’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as required. Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the GM. Ensure timely reminders for meetings, deadlines, and other critical tasks. Schedule, organize, and attend meetings as required, taking notes and preparing meeting minutes. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth

communication

.

Act as a point of contact between the GM and employees, clients, and other external partners. Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed. Take on special projects or additional responsibilities as assigned by the GM.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred). Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Strong written and verbal

communication
