We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior management and the team. In this role, you will assist with managing schedules, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that day-to-day activities run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, efficient, and able to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Handle incoming communications, such as phone calls, emails, and messages

Coordinate office and personal tasks to ensure optimal efficiency

Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports

Assist in personal errands, as needed

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Prepare expense reports and track office supplies

Provide general administrative support as required

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role

Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

High level of discretion and confidentiality

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus
