Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber Assistant to the CEO for Operations and Business Development. This is a strategic and multifaceted role supporting executive operations across international trading, legal, and business development. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of operational expertise and executive-level support, with strong experience in managing complex projects across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Support CEO in operational oversight, international trading, and strategic initiatives

Coordinate distribution activities and supply chain functions

Assist in managing executive calendars, meetings, and event participation

Draft and manage business and legal documentation (e.g., distribution agreements, NDAs, employment contracts)

Oversee aspects of regulatory compliance and product registration

Facilitate communication with partners, distributors, and stakeholders across multiple countries

CEO Support Functions

• Attend meetings with the CEO and take minutes.

• Accompany the CEO to conferences and other events as needed.

• Manage the CEO’s travel arrangements, appointments, and calendar.

• Remind the CEO of all necessary actions and deadlines related to organizational tasks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA is a plus

Proven experience in operations, HR, and international business development

Familiarity with distributor networks and commercial practices in GCC countries

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Multilingual skills and international exposure are highly preferred

Professional presence with a global mindset

Willingness to travel if needed
