Responsibilitie
- sCoordinate the day-to-day administration of residential and commercial property portfolios
- .Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, landlords, property agents, contractors, and service providers
- .Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, inspections, and follow up to ensure timely completion
- .Maintain accurate property records, including tenancy agreements, renewal documents, insurance, licenses, and compliance documentation
- .Track rental collections, security deposits, invoices, utility payments, and other property-related financial records
- .Liaise with contractors and vendors to obtain quotations, schedule works, and monitor service delivery
- .Prepare property management reports, occupancy reports, maintenance summaries, and other administrative reports
- .Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems to ensure accurate and accessible records
- .Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments related to property operations and business activities
- .Support management with ad hoc administrative tasks, special projects, and operational initiatives as assigned
