About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, proactive, and multi-talented Personal Assistant to support two dynamic entrepreneurs—one leading in the tech/crypto space and the other a swimwear designer and creative brand founder. This role requires someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance a mix of personal and professional responsibilities with ease.
You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly across both businesses, while helping maintain an organized, efficient lifestyle for the founders.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with and manage household/service contractors (cleaning crews, lawn care, home/office projects, etc.)
Assist with day-to-day operations tasks across both businesses
Run errands such as delivering product shipments, picking up groceries, and handling office/home purchases between our home in Lakeway & office in Bee Cave
Manage and schedule content for various social media accounts
Perform basic video editing for social media and internal use (Reels, TikToks)
Organize digital and physical files for brand agencies, collaborators, and partners
Provide on-the-go support during travel, events, or photoshoots when needed
Ideal Candidate:
Highly organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented
Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Tech-savvy with experience managing social media accounts and familiarity with editing tools (e.g. CapCut, iMovie, or Final Cut Pro)
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Flexible and open to a wide variety of tasks—no two days will look the same
Must be based in or near Austin, TX, with reliable transportation
