We are looking to hire a Personal Assistant for full time permanent position with my client in Dubai who is into economy solutions

Note: Due to business needs we would require fluent Greek speakers

To provide high-level administrative and organizational support, managing the executive’s day-to-day schedule This role requires discretion, confidentiality, and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring all necessary preparations and materials are in place.

Handle travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries, ensuring seamless travel experiences.

Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including liaising with stakeholders and preparing agendas and presentations.

Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, including screening calls, emails, and inquiries.

Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.

Maintain a strong working relationship with key stakeholders, both internal and external, representing the CEO in a professional manner.

Assist the CEO in managing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Organize and maintain relevant documentation and files, ensuring easy access and up-to-date information for the CEO.

Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address them with a high degree of professionalism and without requiring constant supervision.

Perform general office duties, including filing, organizing, and maintaining an efficient working environment.
