About The RoleIn this position, you’ll support our Southern European market, by coordinating activities and providing administrative support. This is a multifaceted and meaningful role which requires a high degree of flexibility, initiative, and confidentiality.

Role responsibilities

Effective diary management – emphasis on anticipating needs and understanding priorities

Travel and accommodation management and co-ordination

Timely management of expenditure via Concur, ensuring a thorough filing and reference system

Meeting co-ordination, preparation, efficiency, and effectiveness

Co-ordination of data and preparation of relevant business reports e.g. critical metrics

Leading routine one-off and recurring tasks, including resolving issues and implementing comprehensive solutions

Management and organization of internal and external events e.g. conferences, meetings, events

Management and co-ordination of functional specific projects and administration

About You

Experience/skills required

Previous experience in a similar role

Fluency in Spanish and English, other languages a plus

Continually demonstrate high standards in terms of planning, quality and accuracy of work outputs to meet challenging timescales

Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to build and sustain excellent relationships across a diverse range of cross-functional networks

Be creative in finding solutions to issues faced by the leaders you support and develop and apply an understanding of the function to your work

Highly organized and self-motivated, with an ability to anticipate, optimally prioritize and progress workload

Demonstrate a high level of integrity, compliance and confidentiality at all times

Ability to tactfully and assertively prioritize core duties for those you support

Experience working with; SAP, Concur, Condeco, Coupa, Outlook & Microsoft Office
