Personal Assistant to AI Entrepreneur Jobs in New York, NY at Home Team Hires
A founder/operator in the AI and tech space is currently building and scaling a couple of ventures out of his home base in West Village. Things move fast, and he’s looking for a sharp, proactive, hyper-organized Personal Assistant to help keep the chaos at bay and create more space for deep work (and occasionally, deep rest).
What You’ll Be Doing
– Managing and optimizing my calendar (meetings, calls, personal commitments)
– Coordinating travel-flights, accommodations, itineraries, etc.
– Handling personal errands around NYC (courier pickups, fedex runs, returns, etc.)
– Light project management-helping move forward various personal + professional tasks
– Research tasks (everything from local events to new AI tools to beta test)
– Occasionally helping with light event planning (dinners, off-sites, etc.)
You Are
– Extremely organized, detail-obsessed, and dependable
– Comfortable with both digital and real-world logistics (Google Workspace, iCal, etc.)
– NYC-savvy-ideally someone who knows their way around the city
– Discreet, trustworthy, and used to handling sensitive info with care
– Able to anticipate needs before they arise
– A good communicator-quick, clear, and kind
– Quick learner and understand/open to learning AI tools
– Bonus: you have experience working with founders, creatives, or fast-paced environments
