About the Role:
We’re a growing consumer lifestyle brand in a regulated industry, and our CEO is looking for a reliable, proactive Personal Assistant to help manage both day-to-day operations and occasional in-person support. This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a willingness to travel when needed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing scheduling, appointments, and communications
Assisting with email organization, task tracking, and reminders
Booking travel and coordinating logistics for meetings and events
Supporting CEO with errands, meetings, and light project coordination
Occasionally accompanying the CEO for events, site visits, or vendor meetings
Acting as the right hand and go-to for day-to-day tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant (1–2 years preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Tech-savvy: familiar with Google Workspace, Slack, basic task tools
Must be comfortable with frequent travel (mostly regional, sometimes national)
Professional, confidential, and able to represent the brand well
Bonus: Experience in lifestyle, wellness, or regulated industries
