Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and capable professional to serve as a Personal Assistant to CEO. This unique role combines high-level administrative support with interim executive leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making continuity during leadership transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer transitional leadership and manage all facets of the organization’s daily operations.
Support and represent the CEO in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
Contribute to the planning and launch of new projects, including but not limited to leasing, branding, design coordination, and layout approvals.
Collaborate closely with the CEO on business development initiatives and strategic growth opportunities.
Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence for senior stakeholders.
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and communications.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and follow-ups.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO’s office and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize and support for internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.
Implement and monitor strategic plans, budgets, and policies as approved by the CEO.
Supervise department heads, drive performance, and ensure operational efficiency.
Represent the company in meetings, public forums, and industry events.
Report regularly to the CEO regarding company performance, opportunities, and risks.
Identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission.
Analyze financial statements and performance reports to guide decisions.
Foster a strong organizational culture aligned with company values and mission.
Build relationships with partners, clients, government agencies, and community leaders.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a PA, Operations Manager, or in a senior leadership capacity.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership and decision-making capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
High degree of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience working with C-suite executives.
Familiarity with pre-openings of the F&B business.
Confidence in liaising with senior stakeholders and clients.
A proactive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
