We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the executive management of multiple businesses. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage emails, coordinate between employees and the executive, and handle various administrative tasks daily. This position involves supporting the executive management of multiple businesses by managing emails, facilitating communication, and performing various administrative tasks.

Email ** Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the executive.

Communication *Act as the main point of contact between employees and the executive, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.

Task * Handle daily administrative and operational tasks, ensuring they are completed efficiently.

Scheduling & Calendar *Organize meetings, appointments, and events as needed.

Document * Draft, edit, and manage business documents, reports, and presentations.

Miscellaneous * Assist with any additional duties as required to ensure seamless operations.

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in email management, scheduling tools, and office software.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.
