and litigation workshops Responsibilities Drafting and responding to discovery Gathering medical and billing records Ensuring compliance with scheduling orders Finalizing and filing pleadings, orders, and motions Requesting deposition dates and assisting with scheduling Summarizing medical records for depositions Communicating with and supporting clients throughout their case Requirements
Experience with
civil litigation in Texas related to personal injury Comfortable with conducting zoom/phone calls to complete discovery and gather evidence Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines An ability to calendar deadlines accurately Bonus DFW court experience Spanish-speaking Familiarity with Filevine and/or Esquire Tek E-filing experience Experience in federal court litigation Please note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and is not representative of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
