3 to 4 Yrs of Experience as a Personal secretary.

Organizing and performing day-to-day activities in a professional manner.

Managing CEOs calendar

Handling routine correspondence in an efficient manner

Dealing with confidential information

Handling call of MDs

Attending to visitors of MDs

Preparing reports and minutes of Minute

Personal and official file management

Coordinate the day to day activities of subordinates,

Taking Notes, Minutes of Meeting, Follow up with the task.

Schedule work as per MD.

Site Coordination with Project Manager and sales Team.

Desired Skills And Experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and.

Internet Explorer, Professional in appearance and manner.

Good oral and written communication.
