Role Description The Personal Secretary will provide comprehensive executive support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient management of schedules, meetings, and daily administrative activities. This full-time, on-site role is based in Rajkot and involves managing calendars, coordinating travel and logistics, organizing internal and external meetings, and preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations. The role includes handling telephone calls and emails, maintaining confidential records, and ensuring timely follow-up on key tasks and action items. The Personal Secretary will liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, assist in documentation and filing, and support executive decision-making with accurate information and well-organized communication. The position requires a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support senior leadership effectively.
  • Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage documentation, scheduling, and office operations.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, and professional stakeholder interaction.
  • Candidates should ideally have proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email and calendar tools, and basic documentation and report preparation.
  • Candidates should demonstrate high integrity, discretion with confidential information, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Candidates should preferably have prior experience in an executive or personal assistant role, especially within financial services or corporate environments.
  • Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business, commerce, administration, or a related field.
