Role Description

The Photographer Relation role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with photographers within the SweetEscape network, acting as a primary contact to support and engage them. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new photographers, providing guidance on platform processes, and helping them navigate booking, invoicing, and post-production workflows. The role also involves coordinating communications, gathering feedback to improve the photographer experience, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high service quality. The individual in this position will help strengthen the photographer community and enhance their satisfaction and performance on the platform.

Qualifications

  • ⁠Interest in photography, creative industries, or visual storytelling, with basic understanding of photography workflows considered an advantage.⁠ ⁠
  • Strong negotiation skills 
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with a diverse photographer community.
  • Experience in partner or vendor management, customer service, account management, or community management, preferably in a creative, media, or technology environment.
  • Solid organizational and coordination abilities, including managing schedules, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with problem-solving skills and the flexibility to handle operational issues as they arise.
  • ⁠Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools; experience with CRM or partner management systems is a plus.
  • ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • ⁠Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
