Job Description

  1. Analyze and extract the planning requirements stated in Tender Documents and Drawings for tender submission and brief the team on the overall planning requirement
  2. Preparing Tender Technical submission. The documents generally consist of:
  • Base Outline Tender Programme (Detailed programme, CPM, WBS, milestones, constrain and resource loading)
  • Project implementation (i.e Planning Approach Explanation)
  • Planning Sheet (i.e Data Analysis and Productivity Rate)
  • Manpower and staff schedule and histogram
  • Machinery schedule & histogram
  • Progress control S-Curve
  • Planning procedure (Control and reporting)
  1. Preparing the presentation material for Management and Client presentation
  2. Assist in overall compilation of the tender technical submission and ensure that the tender technical submission comply with the requirements.
  3. Attend any meetings related to the Planning and Tender team.

Job Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s in civil engineering and or Construction Management
  2. 3 – 5 years of working experience in Construction field
