Responsibilities:
- Monitor and follow up on IT operational incidents until they are fully resolved.
- Assist with incident coordination and escalation throughout the incident management process.
- Monitor and optimize existing monitoring and alerting tools to ensure effective operational monitoring.
- Develop and improve dashboards, monitoring, and alerting systems to make them more effective, informative, and actionable.
- Perform initial analysis and assessment of issues and alerts to identify potential causes and impacts.
- Assist in identifying and implementing improvements related to monitoring capabilities and operational visibility.
- Coordinate cross-functional operational activities and tasks according to team requirements.
- Create, maintain, and update operational documentation and incident-related records.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-2 year of professional experience in IT.
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of IT monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as:
- Grafana
- SolarWinds Orion
- Datadog
- Or other similar monitoring tools.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of scripting and/or query languages is a plus.
- Basic understanding of servers, networking, cloud environments, and/or databases is a plus.
- Basic understanding of IT Operations and incident management processes is preferred.
