Position Summary We  are seeking a proactiveand detailoriented HRAssistant to support the HR operations fora major Oil & Gas pipeline construction project in Abu Dhabi. The HR Assistant will handle daytoday administrative andHRrelated tasks ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance withproject requirements. This role requires excellent organizationalskills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamicenvironment.

Key Responsibilities

Assistin  the recruitment process including scheduling interviewscoordinating with candidates and maintaining recruitmentrecords.

Support employee onboarding includingpreparing documentation and conducting orientationsessions.

Maintain and update employee recordscontracts and HR documentation in compliance with companypolicies.

Handle administrative tasks such asmanaging timesheets attendance records and leavetracking.

Assist in the coordination oftraining sessions and employee developmentprograms.

Provide support for employeerelations activities addressing basic queries and escalating issuesas needed.

Ensure HR files and systems areorganized and up to date for easy access and complianceaudits.

Assist in the preparation of HR reportsand metrics for the management team.

Supportpayroll processes by collating required employee data andcoordinating with the payroll team.

Providegeneral administrative support to the HR team asrequired.

Qualifications:

Education:

Diplomaor Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or arelatedfield.

Experience:

24years of experience in HR or administrative roles preferably withinthe Oil & Gas or constructionindustry.

Familiarity with UAE labor laws is anadvantage.

Skills:

Strongorganizational and multitaskingskills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and HR systems.

Excellentinterpersonal and

communication skills

.

Highattention to detail and ability to handle confidentialinformation.

A team player with a proactive andsupportive approach totasks.
