Position Summary We  are seeking a proactiveand detailoriented PMC Office Administrator to support the administrativeoperations of a highprofile Oil & Gas pipeline constructionproject in Basra Iraq. The Office Administrator will ensure smoothoffice functioning coordinate logistics and provide administrativesupport to project teams and stakeholders. This role is essentialfor maintaining efficiency and supporting daytoday projectactivities.

Key Responsibilities

Managedaily  office operations including scheduling meetings maintainingsupplies and coordinating officelogistics.

Handle administrative tasks such asrecordkeeping

document management

andcorrespondence.

Support project teams byorganizing travel arrangements accommodations and meetingschedules.

Prepare and distributeprojectrelated documentation such as reports presentations andmemos.

Act as the primary point of contact forinternal and external stakeholders regarding officerelatedmatters.

Assist in organizing and coordinatingproject events training sessions andworkshops.

Ensure compliance with companypolicies and procedures in all administrativeprocesses.

Collaborate with HR and financeteams to manage timesheets expense tracking and employeerecords.

Address and resolve office maintenanceand facilityrelated issues to ensure a productive workenvironment.

Monitor and support compliancewith local regulations and projectspecificrequirements.

Qualifications:

Education:

Diplomaor Bachelors degree in Business Administration Office Management ora relatedfield.

Experience:

57years of experience in office administration preferably within theOil & Gas or constructionindustry.

Experience working in Iraq or similarregions is anadvantage.

Skills:

Excellentorganizational and multitaskingabilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills for effective collaborationwith teams and stakeholders.

Attention todetail and ability to manage confidentialinformation.

Ability to work effectively in afastpaced and multiculturalenvironment.
