Working Pattern:
Monday/Wednesday/Thursday – 8:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday/Friday – 7:00am – 4:00pm (Bin day)

Join our dynamic team
as a Porter/Caretaker in West London. This is your chance to be the backbone of our property, ensuring everything runs smoothly while engaging with our wonderful community!
What You’ll Do:
Keep the premises clean, tidy, and welcoming for all who enter.
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring everything is in order.
Carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks, keeping our space safe and functional.
Be the go-to person for residents and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
Monitor the security of the property, ensuring a safe environment for everyone.
What We’re Looking For:
A proactive and
positive attitude
with a commitment to excellence.
Strong communication skills
to interact effectively with residents and team members.
Previous experience in a caretaker or similar role is a plus!
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.
