Job Summary**
We are seeking a diligent and organized PPIC Staff to join our team at PT Japfa Food Indonesia. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient production planning, inventory control, and timely delivery of our food products.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and material requirements to meet sales forecasts and customer demands.
- Monitor production progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions to maintain optimal efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales departments to ensure smooth material flow and order fulfillment.
- Analyze production data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, inventory turnover, and on-time delivery.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PPIC processes and overall supply chain effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations throughout the production planning and inventory control processes.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong understanding of production planning methodologies, inventory management principles, and supply chain concepts.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
