Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage quotations, costing sheets, and tender submissions.
- Review customer RFQs, specifications, and tender requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, internal departments, and sales teams for pricing and technical information.
- Prepare commercial proposals, tender documents, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure all submissions are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Follow up on quotation status and maintain proper records/documentation.
- Compare supplier pricing and negotiate for competitive costing where necessary.
- Support contract review and compliance requirements during tender processes.
- Maintain quotation database and update pricing records regularly.
- Work closely with project, sales, procurement, and finance teams when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in quotation, tendering, bidding, sales support, or commercial roles.
- Experience in handling RFQ, tender submission, and costing analysis is preferred.
- Good analytical and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
