Position: Print Production Associate – Grand Rapids MI
Applied Innovation is seeking a reliable, organized, and client-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills to join our Grand Rapids Print Center team. The role requires occasional travel to our various client print centers. The ideal candidate should embrace our company culture and excel ow are the key responsibilities for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Print Center Management
Operate high-volume production print equipment and other office print equipment
Complete print production and output requirement needs of the Print Center
Collect and inspect files for problem areas, including fonts, image resolution, image registration, or special printing instructions, file/document conversion
Ordering of print center supplies and maintaining accurate inventories
Packaging of processed print jobs
Additional Responsibilities
Liaison with client
Establish and maintain best practices and Standard Operating Procedures
Maintain OnBase Database
Reporting and Billing
Understanding and adherence to client contractual Service Level Agreements
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
College degree, preferred
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Valid Driver’s License with good driving record (no DUIs in the past 5 years)
Adobe Suite experience, preferred
Candidates should have a solid grasp of printing technologies and a working knowledge of related machines and tools, including their design and functions. Dependability, professionalism, and strong organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks ellent customer service skills are also required. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Occasional travel to offsite locations may be required.
