Te Haeata/The Opportunity

We are looking for two talented administrators to join the Domestic Violence Programmes Team as a Processing Officer.

The Processing Officer is as an integral part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality processing functions to the Courts in New Zealand, as well as ensuring that participants have access to support programmes.

The position is non-customer facing and involves data entry, referral preparation and processing, managing queries via email and over the phone, so an individual with experience managing multiple databases would be a good fit for this position. An eye for detail is essential to this position, as is the ability to provide high-quality customer service.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have an understanding of the impacts of Family Violence
  • A commitment to Te Ao Māori
  • Have strong standard of written and oral communication
  • Have solid computer skills
  • Be highly organised

  • Be dedicated to quality and accuracy

Utu ā-tau / Salary

The remuneration band for this role is $56,343 to $74,416 – The average starting salary is $56,343.
