Work Hours: 5:00pm to 2:00am / 8:00pm to 5:00am
Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Office & 2 Days WFH)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the 2nd line to identify, resolve and develop solutions to complex queries and systemic Operational problems which cannot be resolved by the Level 1 helpdesk team.
- Playing a key role in identifying areas of improvement across S2P processes.
- To provide timely and relevant customer feedback and status update be it via the case management tool, email or Microsoft Teams chat.
- Prioritize business critical issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers via email, phone, and virtual meetings. You will also act as a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement in end-to-end process.
- Supporting the Team Lead in issue handling and working with cross functional teams for the highest priority issues/highest sensitivity cases.
- Coordinate with Coupa support and third-party vendors for issue resolution.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of shared service center experience, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our customers.
- 3+ years of experience administeringCoupa or similar procurement platforms.
- Experience in SAP Ariba is an added advantage or other ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite).
- Proficiency in BM & English
- Solid understanding of procurement and finance processes.
- Experience in analyzing data to recommend improvement
- Experience working cross-culturally across a global team
- Able to multi-task and work in a highly dynamic yet fast-moving environment
- Competent in managing customer data securely
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical capability
