Responsibilities:
Responsible plan and manage Stock inventory activities, that include book stock and actual stock, monitoring for PLB or customs reporting requirement, and ensure all reporting requirement submited within the agreed timeline
Job Description:
- Serve as customer service to coordinate and communicate with customers regarding loading / discharge plans and schedules for product delivery to trucks and vessel
- To update and share received customer delivery plans to internal parties
- Monitor customer's stock movement every day
- Monitor products loss and gain in monthly basis and annualy within the customer requirement
- Prepare stock reports of all tanks, as well as update tank status data
- Prepare daily and monthly profit and loss reports of each tank
- Prepare data recapitulation of customer's receipt of Pail, Drum & IBC storage for additive
- Prepare a recapitulation of data of receipt and release of goods stored in storage tanks using PLB facilities and store in the share folder
- Make a report on the receipt of cargo from the ship into the storage tank, ITT, and Others.
- Prepare summary data of total revenues and expenses in a month and report it to the finance department
- Analyze whether there is a discrepancy with the products stored in the tank
- Implementing and maintaining the HSE Beyond360 Management system including Policies, Manuals, Standards, Procedures and Work Instructions in all IFT Operations. To measure compliance with policies & implementation procedures through Internal Audit, Task Self Verification (TSV), Client Feedback, etc.
- Proactively contribute to the Implementation and maintain the Perfect Day Every Day program in daily to daily operations to implement all the activities mentioned in the daily perfect card.
- Proactive to contribute to improve and maintain to utilize HSE Digitaly Program (INSTINCT) in all HSE Operations & data systems including Licensing System, Incident Investigation, Inspection, Hazob, BBS, TSV, etc as developed in mobile App & Website Based
- To comply with HSE policies and the Perfect Day Every Day Program according to company standards and procedures.
- To participate in all HSE related initiatives such as Near accident reporting, incident investigation, HSE campaign etc.
- To stop any activity if it is considered that security has been compromised.
- Other duties as and when assigned by Management
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any discipline.
- Educational background or knowledge related to Terminal
- Operations is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- PLB experience is preferred.
- Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and actively identifies opportunities for process enhancement.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Able to extract meaningful insights and business value from available data to support decision-making.
