Product Manager – High Value Customer (HVC)

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Product & Segment, the Product Manager – High Value Customer will be responsible for driving the development and growth of the High Value Customer segment by designing tailored offers, loyalty programs, and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement acquisition, retention, and growth initiatives for High‑Value Customers in line with the HVC strategy.
  • Design, launch, and manage exclusive HVC offers, bundles, and loyalty programs to drive engagement and value.
  • Analyze customer usage patterns, spending behavior, and profitability to identify growth and retention opportunities.
  • Work closely with CVM and Customer Care teams to enhance the end‑to‑end HVC customer experience.
  • Monitor HVC performance metrics, including ARPU, churn, and lifetime value.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and recommend optimization actions to improve HVC outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in leadership or management roles.
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in customer segmentation, product management, or related commercial roles.
  • Proven experience in managing prepaid and postpaid customer segments and understanding their dynamics.
  • Experience working with customer data to support segmentation, retention, and value growth initiatives.
  • Strong customer relationship management, with a focus on retention and lifetime value.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Possess skills in customer growth strategies.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
