Product Manager (Junior–Middle)

We're looking for a Product Manager who is curious about systems, data, integrations, and operational excellence — someone who enjoys understanding how different products connect, how information flows across platforms, and how technology can make teams work smarter.

What you'll work on
You'll help build and improve internal products, tools, and integrations that support the entire Komerce ecosystem.
Your responsibilities include:
- Understanding operational workflows across multiple business units and products
- Identifying inefficiencies and translating them into product opportunities
- Working with engineers, designers, operations, and business teams to build scalable solutions
- Defining product requirements based on real operational challenges
- Monitoring product performance through data and user feedback
- Analyzing cross-product behavior and uncovering insights that drive better decisions
- Supporting integrations between internal systems, third-party services, and Komerce products
- Contributing to roadmap prioritization based on business impact and operational leverage
You'll spend less time debating button colors and more time understanding how systems, people, and data work together.
What we're looking for
You'll likely do well if you:
- Have 1–4 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analyst, Operations, Data, Technology, or related roles
- Enjoy solving operational and process-related problems
- Have strong logical and analytical thinking
- Are comfortable working with data to support decisions
- Can break down complex workflows into structured requirements
- Communicate effectively with engineers, stakeholders, and business teams
- Have strong curiosity and willingness to learn new domains quickly
- Think in systems rather than isolated features
Big plus if you…
- Have experience working with APIs, integrations, or system architecture discussions
- Understand SQL, data analytics, or BI tools
- Have worked in SaaS, logistics, fintech, CRM, HR tech, or e-commerce industries
- Have experience mapping business processes and operational workflows
- Are familiar with product metrics and experimentation
- Have used Komerce products or similar platforms
