King Trading has been manufacturing private label swimwear and activewear in Bali since 1993. We produce for brands across Australia, Europe and the United States. Our team is young, close-knit and proud of what leaves our factory.
We are looking for an experienced coordinator to keep our production floor running to schedule. You will work closely with team leaders, spot problems before they grow, and keep orders moving through a high volume environment. Strong leadership and a calm head matter most here.
What you will be doing
- Coordinate daily production activity against targets and deadlines
- Work with team leaders to keep each stage on schedule
- Identify bottlenecks early and resolve them
- Monitor output and report on progress
- Support continuous improvement across the floor
What we are looking for
- Minimum D3 or S1, any field of study
- At least 2 years as a Production Coordinator, Production Supervisor or similar in a high volume manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Good computer skills
- Comfortable working to tight targets
