We are looking for a results-driven Production Executive to join our manufacturing team, helping to drive production efficiency, quality, and safety at our Chemor facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive improvements to workflow, operations, and equipment to maximise production efficiency.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and on-time delivery of products.
- Plan, monitor, and supervise daily production activities within the Production Department.
- Identify and propose improvements to work procedures as needed.
- Coordinate and prepare production-related reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company, production, and safety rules and regulations.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards in the production area.
- Oversee day-to-day production operations, job allocation, workforce motivation, and disciplinary matters.
- Track the status of assigned projects and maintain related documentation.
- Investigate root causes of production issues and implement effective preventive measures.
- Analyse operational data to support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in production operations or manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to plan, organise, and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and sound critical decision-making skills.
- Able to multitask effectively and consistently meet deadlines.
