King Trading has been manufacturing private label swimwear and activewear in Bali since 1993. We produce for brands across Australia, Europe and the United States. Our team is young, close-knit and proud of what leaves our factory.
Working directly alongside our Production Manager, you will help keep every customer order on track from start to shipment. It is a role with real visibility across the whole factory, ideal for someone organised who wants to learn how a manufacturing business runs.
What you will be doing
- Track customer production orders through each stage
- Keep production schedules and order records up to date
- Follow up with departments on progress and delays
- Support costing and account statement processes
- Prepare production and financial tracking reports in Excel
What we are looking for
- Confident Excel skills
- Basic costing or accounting knowledge
- Organised, with strong attention to detail
- Able to follow up clearly and keep several tasks moving
- Production or manufacturing experience is a plus
