Job Description

  • Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, material availability, manpower, and equipment capacity.
  • Monitor production plan execution and initiate corrective actions to mitigate schedule deviations or shortages.
  • Manage MPS, forecasting activities, and maintain planning data accuracy within ERP/MRP systems.
  • Review material availability through Clean-to-Build analysis and coordinate with purchasing teams on shortages.
  • Track inventory levels, investigate stock discrepancies, and support inventory optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer delivery commitments, ECO implementation, and continuous process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, Materials Planning, or Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, production scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Experience in demand planning, capacity planning, and production control processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities.
