- Plan and schedule production based on customer orders and forecasts.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Purchasing to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor production progress, inventory, and material availability.
- Prepare production, delivery, and inventory reports.
- Attend meetings with Engineering and HQ Japan.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and HQ regarding delivery schedules.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in Production Planning or Production Control.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP and Microsoft Excel.
- Good planning, communication, and coordination skills.
- Japanese language is an added advantage.
