Job Responsibilities
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for extrusion and injection molding lines.
- Prepare and maintain constrained and unconstrained supply plans.
- Monitor plan versus actual production performance and initiate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams on constraints and priorities.
- Align production schedules with raw material availability and inventory targets.
- Aligning production and warehouse FG reports to prevent discrepancies.
- Maintain and prevent Outstanding Orders by close monitoring through analyzing historical data and providing reports.
- Prepare and distribute production planning and performance reports.
- Support Manufacturing Operations & Excellence continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, capacity planning, ERP/MRP systems.
- 2-5 years of experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skill and high accuracy.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java.
