wWe are looking for an experienced L2 Production Support Engineer with strong expertise in Unix/Linux, SQL, and monitoring tools, to support mission-critical banking applications. The role involves 24×7 support, incident management, and collaboration with L3/development teams
.Key Responsibilitie
- sProvide L2 production support for banking applications in a 24×7 rotational shift mode
- lManage incident lifecycle, problem management, and PMR processe
- sPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement temporary/permanent fixe
- sHandle change management, releases, and deployment
- sCoordinate with L3 support and development teams for issue resolutio
- nMonitor applications using tools like ITRS, Autosys, AppDynamic
- sManage tickets and workflows via ServiceNow, UDeplo
- yEnsure system stability and adherence to SLA target
