Qualifications
- Strong experience in Production Support and Application Support within AS400 or similar enterprise environments.
- Excellent Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with AS400/iSeries operations, job scheduling, monitoring tools, and incident management platforms.
- Understanding of BFSI domain processes (Insurance, Capital Markets, or Wealth Management) is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in WP, Kuala Lumpur and support shifts or on-call rotations when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Commitment to documentation, process compliance, and continuous improvement of production support practices.
