What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Compile news items for the Washburn Observer e-newsletter and prepare weekly distribution
Process and archive Honors student forms and provide general office support
Assist with planning and logistics for Honors events, including community building and admissions activities
Attend team meetings, draft minutes, and assist with mailings to donors and alumni
Support various projects utilizing skills in graphic design, writing, or project management as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must be an enrolled undergraduate student for the 2025-26 Academic Year
Must be a declared student in the L&S Honors Program pursuing an appropriate track
Solid experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Sophomore or junior status is particularly encouraged
Interest in administrative and programmatic operations in an office setting
Willingness to learn new skills and software programs
Experience in graphic design, photography, or videography is a plus
Ability to assist with data organization and project management
