We’re looking for a highly organised Programme Administrator to support a major Azure cloud migration and modernisation programme. You’ll provide essential coordination, documentation, and governance support across multiple technical workstreams, helping the project run smoothly in a fast‑paced transformation environment.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, stand‑ups, and cross‑team activities
- Maintain project documentation: RAID logs, minutes, change records, and artefact libraries
- Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across migration workstreams
- Prepare dashboards and status updates for PMO and senior stakeholders
- Support financial admin: POs, timesheets, vendor billing
- Ensure compliance with project governance and Azure cloud standards
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, business units, and external suppliers
- Manage collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams)
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in project support, coordination, or administration
- Experience in IT or cloud‑related projects (Azure exposure ideal)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of project lifecycle, governance, and change control
- Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and project tools (Jira, MS Project, ADO)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Nice to have:
- PRINCE2 Foundation, AgilePM, or Azure Fundamentals
