We are seeking a highly organized office-based
Project Administrative Assistant
to join our expanding
Sudbury
office. If continuing your career journey with us, you will play a crucial role in document tracking and document formatting and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our project team. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent editing skills, and a strong work ethic. The role of Project Administrative Assistant comes with the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule and will provide you with the opportunity to:
Provide project administration for engineering reports (filing, working with excel files, compiling deliverables, creating administrative reports, etc.).
Administrative support to the team, including travel arrangements, pursuing timesheet completion, tracking change orders, and adherence to IMS procedures.
Format project documents to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other project documents.
Use internal & external internet-based library sites such as Newforma & SharePoint for uploading and filing deliverables.
Assist with various special projects as required.
What we require:
We respect the knowledge and experience you have gained to date and are willing to help you build on it. We do however require the following qualifications:
A High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as project administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Above average proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, in particular), and PDF software (Bluebeam and/or Acrobat preferred).
Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for the written English language.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
The salary for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 per year. Salary is based on applicable experience, education, and skill level.
