Responsibilities

  • Controlling the work of general support staff (e.g. cleaners, drivers, interns, etc.) in the office as well as at construction site.
  • Managing fully the office Reception & Help Desk operations.
  • Greeting office visitors and directing them appropriately to the employees in the office.
  • Purchasing, storing and distributing office supplies, ensuring proper storage and safety, for Tashkent office and construction team at site
  • Assisting foreign employees and their families with temporary residence registration in the district department of Interior in Tashkent.
  • Assisting in travel arrangements (hotel booking, airport pickup, flight booking, visa-support, etc.)
  • Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for different meetings in the office and site to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
  • Arranging maintenance, repairing, or replacement of office equipment or furniture.
  • Providing basic bookkeeping/financial services (e.g. expense claim report, invoice checking, costing, etc.)
  • Setting up conference rooms and event venues, ensuring they are well-prepared for meetings and special events.
  • Maintaining the appearance and functionality of the office premises, overseeing cleanliness and hygienic.
  • Coordinating the work of drivers, checking their log books and mileage control, ensuring timely technical maintenance/repairs of the office vehicles.
  • Controlling office utilities (power, water) and checking the bills.
