Lenkoe Mining Group is seeking a Project Administrator to support project execution, coordination, and documentation in line with Lenkoe Group’s procurement and project governance requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative processes, maintaining records, and assisting project teams with compliance and reporting.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in project administration, procurement, or supply chain within the public or private sector.
Knowledge of Public Sector SCM policies and frameworks will be an advantage.
Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Driver’s Licence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to project managers and procurement teams.
Assist in document management, including contracts, reports, and compliance records.
Maintain and update project schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate internal and external communications related to project activities.
Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost tracking.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SCM regulations, and project requirements.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive work ethic.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
