Overview
The Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant primary responsibility is to manage and coordinate calendars, schedules, speaking engagements, invoices, and expenses for the Executive Leader. They will need to be able to identify, communicate, and resolve scheduling conflicts and competing commitments to their Leader as they arise. They will need to manage their email inbox efficiently and respond to the inquiries in a timely manner.
This person may assist with presentation preparation, drafting communications and letters, and creating spreadsheets or tools to track deadlines and deliverables. They may support planning, execution, monitoring progress, and outcomes on select programs and projects to support the leader, team, or unit. Collaborates with support persons and leaders across and within the unit to ensure alignment. Assesses situations, gathers appropriate information and input, and makes recommendations to the leader.
Ensures quality customer service and professional representation of the team and the department.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience required.
Clinical license and/or other certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
0-3 years of experience is required.
Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment a plus.
Experience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions is required.
Requires basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
