Job Description
- Define, develop, and maintain comprehensive project plans, execution timelines, and optimal resource allocation structures for warehouse initiatives.
- Coordinate and implement day-to-day project activities and milestones to ensure seamless operational execution on-site.
- Establish and maintain highly organized, comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all standards and records are meticulously archived.
- Analyze, interpret, and generate regular project progress reports to communicate critical performance updates and milestones to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to align on and support primary project objectives.
- Facilitate active communication and drive alignment among all project team members to maintain structured operational workflows.
- Evaluate project performance metrics using data analysis tools to proactively identify bottlenecks and implement areas for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and support the negotiation and execution of project-related service agreements in close alignment with the Procurement Team.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related quantitative field.
- Has 2 to 5 years of professional experience working within a Project Management Team specifically in the warehousing, supply chain, or logistics industry.
- Demonstrates solid functional knowledge of end-to-end warehouse operations, logistics workflows, and standard industry safety regulations.
- Highly proficient in using professional project management software, particularly Microsoft Project, to manage complex timelines.
- Strong capability in structured data analysis, reporting, and utilizing spreadsheet tools to support evidence-based decision-making.
